CAMODESK WORKFLOW SPRINT // FIXED-SCOPE BUILD
One messy workflow. One useful tool. Ten business days.
Turn a process managed through spreadsheets, texts, paper, email, or awkward software into a focused custom web application your team can use from any phone or computer.
Submit My WorkflowThe goal is not “an app.” The goal is a better way to do the work.
A successful Sprint removes repeated steps, makes an important decision clearer, gives the team one reliable place to work, or turns scattered information into a usable output. The tool should earn its place by saving time, reducing avoidable mistakes, speeding up customer response, or making the operation easier to see.
Illustrative examples—not performance claims.
INSIDE THE BOUNDARY
What's included
- One approved end-to-end workflow
- One primary user role
- Approximately five core screens or views
- Responsive browser-based interface
- Purpose-built data model
- Basic login and access control when required
- One modest integration or structured import when explicitly scoped
- Useful empty, loading, success, validation, and error states
- Responsive QA on current desktop and mobile browsers
- Two revision rounds against the approved scope
- Production deployment into client-owned accounts
- Code repository, setup documentation, recorded walkthrough, and handoff
- 30-day bug-fix warranty for approved functionality
“Approximately five screens” is a sizing boundary, not a loophole. A screen with several unrelated workflows is not one screen.
OUTSIDE THE BOUNDARY
What's not included
- Native iOS or Android applications
- Multi-sided marketplaces or a complete SaaS startup
- Full CRM, ERP, or accounting-platform replacements
- Complex legacy-data migrations
- Regulated, medical, financial, payment-card, or highly sensitive data
- Mission-critical systems needing contractual uptime or 24/7 response
- Unlimited users, features, integrations, revisions, or new scope
- Ongoing data entry or business-operation labor
- Copywriting, brand identity, or large content migrations unless scoped
- Third-party subscriptions, hosting, domains, messaging, storage, or usage charges
- Open-ended training, support, or future feature work
DELIVERY SEQUENCE
Ten business days, with the readiness conditions made clear.
BEFORE DAY 1
Scope and readiness
- Review the process and source materials; confirm fit.
- Define the user, workflow, screens, data, integration, and acceptance criteria.
- Approve the one-page scope, pay the 50% deposit, and provide required access.
DAYS 1–2
Map and foundation
- Confirm the happy path and important edge cases.
- Set up the data model, application shell, and client-owned infrastructure.
- Resolve ambiguity before it becomes expensive.
DAYS 3–6
Core build
- Build the complete primary workflow.
- Add validation, permissions, useful states, and the approved import or integration.
- Test continuously against acceptance criteria.
DAY 7
Working checkpoint
- Walk through the working tool.
- Collect one consolidated feedback round.
- Separate bugs and approved revisions from new-scope requests.
DAYS 8–9
Revision and QA
- Complete the included revision rounds.
- Test responsive behavior, error handling, and production configuration.
- Prepare handoff documentation.
DAY 10
Deploy and hand off
- Deploy the accepted version and confirm account ownership.
- Deliver the repository, setup notes, and recorded walkthrough.
- Begin the 30-day bug-fix warranty.
The clock begins when the project is ready to build. Waiting on access, decisions, content, or feedback moves the delivery date by the same amount.

FIT CHECKLIST
A likely fit has a real process, a clear owner, and a useful finish line.
Most “yes” answers are a good sign. The checklist is educational, not diagnostic theater.
