THE MISSING PIECE

You probably don't need more software. You need one stubborn process fixed.

Most small businesses already have plenty of tools. The trouble is the gap between them—the quote rebuilt by hand, the spreadsheet only one person understands, the photos buried in text messages, or the update copied into three different places.

CamoDesk builds the focused tool that closes that gap.

BUILD_001 // BAUMAN BOUNTY

A real quoting workflow, turned into a working app.

Bauman Bounty's quotes have to account for labor, hauling, disposal, resale value, and a Clearout Credit that can reduce what the customer owes. Generic estimating software did not understand that workflow, so CamoDesk built the tool around the business.

  • Turns photos and job details into a clear, defensible quote.
  • Shows the clearout price, recovered value, and how that value changes the amount due.
  • Keeps pricing logic consistent while leaving room for operator judgment.
  • Produces the customer-facing quote from the same workflow.

Bauman Bounty is a Tulsa service business run by the same founder as CamoDesk. This application was built for real internal use—not as a fake portfolio dashboard.

CAMODESK // DEPLOYED BUILD LIVE

THE OFFER

One messy workflow. One useful tool. Ten business days.

The CamoDesk Workflow Sprint is a fixed-scope build for a process that is too specific for off-the-shelf software and too small to justify a traditional agency engagement.

SPRINT SCOPE // DEFINED

  • One defined workflow
  • One primary user type
  • Approximately five core screens
  • Responsive web application
  • Database and login when needed
  • One modest import or integration when scoped
  • Two revision rounds
  • Deployment and recorded walkthrough
  • 30-day bug-fix warranty
  • Client-owned code, data, and accounts

FOUNDING BUILD 01–03

Standard price after the founding cohort: $2,500

Explore the Workflow Sprint

From duct tape to deployed.

  1. 01

    Show the current process

Send the spreadsheet, form, screenshots, or a short explanation of how the work happens today.

  2. 02

    Define the smallest useful tool

CamoDesk maps one workflow, confirms the boundaries, and sends a one-page scope with acceptance criteria.

  3. 03

    Build and checkpoint

After the deposit and required access arrive, the tool is built with one focused checkpoint during the Sprint.

  4. 04

    Test, deploy, and hand off

Complete two revision rounds, deploy into client-owned accounts, and receive a recorded walkthrough plus the warranty.

If an existing product already solves the problem well, CamoDesk will say so. A custom build should earn its place in the business.

THIS IS PROBABLY A FIT IF…

  • The process already happens repeatedly.
  • You can show how it works today.
  • It costs real time, creates errors, delays customers, or hides important information.
  • Existing software solves only part of it.
  • A focused tool would make a measurable difference.

THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT SPRINT IF…

  • You want an entire startup built from an early idea.
  • You need a full CRM, ERP, marketplace, or native mobile app.
  • The system will handle regulated or highly sensitive data.
  • The first version has several user types and dozens of features.
  • There is no existing workflow or real user to learn from.

WHO BUILDS IT

Built by a builder, not passed through an agency.

I'm Dustin Bauman. I scope, build, test, and hand off every CamoDesk project myself. You work directly with the person shipping the software—there is no account-manager relay and no mystery handoff.

I use modern AI-assisted development to move faster and keep a focused build affordable. It does not replace understanding the workflow, reviewing the code, testing the result, or being accountable after launch.

FIELD NOTES // FAQ

Practical answers before you send anything.

What can CamoDesk build in a Workflow Sprint?

Focused browser-based tools such as quote builders, intake systems, job trackers, calculators, approval flows, inventory utilities, field checklists, portals, and report generators. The common thread is one existing business workflow with a clear user and outcome.

Is this a template or no-code setup?

No. The finished tool is built around the approved workflow. CamoDesk may use proven components and modern development tools to move efficiently, but the client receives portable code, their own data, and production accounts they control.

Why is the founding price lower than a traditional developer or agency?

The Sprint is intentionally narrow, the process is standardized, CamoDesk has low overhead, and AI-assisted development reduces production time. The lower price comes from speed and scope discipline—not from handing over unreviewed generated code.

Does the 10-day timeline begin immediately?

The Sprint begins after the scope is approved, the deposit is paid, and required materials and account access are received. Delayed feedback or missing access shifts the delivery date.

What happens after launch?

The build includes a recorded handoff and a 30-day warranty for bugs against the approved scope. New features are quoted separately. There is no mandatory monthly retainer, and hosting or third-party services are paid directly through accounts the client owns.

What if existing software already solves my problem?

CamoDesk will recommend it. Custom software is worthwhile only when the missing fit matters enough to justify building and owning a focused tool.

Do I need a complete app specification?

No. It is more useful to show how the work happens today, where it becomes frustrating, and what a better outcome would look like. CamoDesk translates that into the smallest responsible first scope.

Is CamoDesk only for Tulsa businesses?

No. CamoDesk is Tulsa-based and can work asynchronously with businesses elsewhere. Local availability is an advantage, not a restriction.
